- Rates are in US Dollars per person.
- Rates are subject to availability of hotel/ cruise at the time of booking.
- Rates not valid during tread show, and conferences.
- Other hotels/ cruise are available on request.
- Kimidar Tours reserve the right to change rates without prior notice.
- Rates as based on the present taxes should there be increase of taxes, new rate will apply.
- Please request the up-dated rates upon reservation, rates may change due to increase of taxes ... etc.
Cancellation Policy:
*All land tours ( per person )
- Up to 46 days ....................................... 100.00 USD
- 45 - 31 days ......................................... 175.00 USD
- 30 - 16 days ......................................... 325.00 USD
- 15 - 7 days ........................................... 375.00 USD
- 6 day no show ..................................... No refund.
- Up to 46 days or more (60 days or more during Peak Seasons)................. USD 150.00
- 45 days or less ( 59 days or less during other Peak Seasons ) .....................75% - 100%.
- Administration fees of USD 100.00 in case of cancellation will apply.
- No show: a cancellation fee of 100% will cancellation fees will apply.
- No refund on unused accommodation.
